Bergs & More provides all its resources with a dedicated team that accompanies the professional throughout their career, supporting them personally and professionally in the delicate stages of their maturation. HR Manager and Partners are constantly in contact with the professionals of the firm, guaranteeing them periodic meetings for discussion and sharing.
The Firm provides ongoing training for all professionals by organizing internal events and supporting attendance to external training opportunities. The Firm also offers the possibility of international training at its offices in Dubai and Nairobi and at its Partner Offices. International relations with foreign universities allow for constant comparisons and exchange opportunities.
The internal growth path passes through different stages of the professional’s life, from the Traineeship to the Partnership, in a constant growth of competences, professional skills and sensitivity towards the market and customer management.
