Eugenio is a corporate lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar, with a strong international litigation and arbitration’s background.
He has accrued a large experience at national and international level in Corporate and M&A transactions, commercial contracts, FDI and international joint ventures.

He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of several leading Italian Companies and international Groups pursuant the Legislative Decree 231/01.
He has a particular knowledge on fashion, automotive, construction, digital, energy and infrastructure industries mainly in U.S., European, Middle East and African jurisdictions.
He provides lectures on corporate and commercial international law at Master courses organized by University of Padua and the Catholic University of Milan, and lectures in the Master of International Business Law at the University of Padua.
