Loredana Romolo
Loredana specialises in corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in international contracts and a focus on energy-related transactions. She advises on renewable energy sources (wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass plants), as well as on compliance and corporate governance, privacy and data protection. She has consolidated experience as in house counsel in multinational companies in the consumer and energy sectors.

She took on the role of Legal Manager Italy for the German energy company RWE GmbH, where she consolidated her skills, particularly in the energy field.
Loredana also acts as Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer in corporations.
Loredana previously started her in-house career in London, at the Europe-Africa and Middle East office of Kimberly-Clark for which she eventually held the role of Legal Manager South-Europe, as well as Senior Counsel for Fem & Child Care, dealing with legal issues related to the production, marketing and sales of Kleenex®, Huggies®, Scottex® branded products both in Italy and abroad, following important M&A transactions and negotiations in the energy field.
She is a member of the Bolzano Bar Association and is a qualified solicitor with the Bar Association in London.
