Riccardo Giacomin, Founding partner, Head of Sports practice, spent two days in Indianapolis on behalf of BERGS & MORE.
In the “racing capital of the world” Riccardo first had the privilege to give a lecture on “Professional relationship agreements in motorsport” at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis to the students of Terri Talbert-Hatch and then, as the only non-US speaker, to intervene at the “TRAC – The Racing Attorney Conference 2023”, in the iconic setting of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, in a panel entitled “Recent legal developments in motorsports” with the Colleagues James H. Voyles, Jr. as co-panelist and Edward Holloran, III as moderator.
