  • Assistance to clubs, athletes, sponsors, event organizers, promoters and federations in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts like contracts with registered athletes and agents, affiliation contracts, scouting contracts, sponsorship contracts, license agreements, merchandising contracts, commercial partnership and endorsement agreements

  • Assistance and consultancy to governmental entities in global sports business topics and legal arrangements, as well as international sports events hosting and organization

  • Assistance and consultancy on civil, corporate and M&A, commercial, intellectual property matters and the sports law aspects thereof
