    Authors' bio

    Eugenio Bettella

    Eugenio is a corporate lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar, with a strong international litigation and arbitration’s background. He has accrued a large experience at national and international level in Corporate and M&A transactions, commercial contracts, FDI and international joint ventures. He is chairman of the Supervisory Board of several leading italian Companies and international Groups pursuant the Legislative Decree 231/01. He has particular knowledge on fashion, automotive, construction, energy and infrastructure industries mainly in U.S., European, Russian, Middle East and African jurisdictions.

    He teaches International Investments Law at the Master in International Business of the Faculty of Economics and ICRIM (International Centre of Research on International Management) of the Catholic University of Milan.

    Eugenio is very much appreciated by his Clients for his smart and multicultural approach, excellent technical skills and large experience accrued in more than 25 years of legal profession.

    Andrea Barzon

    Andrea is a Junior Associate with relevant experience in international commercial arbitration and construction contracts. He has gained his professional skills at national and international level, in particular in the Russian Federation. He is listed in the Recommended List of Arbitrators of the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration and is a member of the Working Group on Amicus Curiae Briefs of the Russian Arbitration Association. He has recently been requested to participate in the submission of an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the case Uraltransmash v. PESA.

    He has been a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg and teaches Russian law and international commercial arbitration at Italian and Russian universities.

    Andrea is appreciated by the Firm’s Clients for his practical and direct approach in the resolution of complex legal issues.
